The Lowe is an ideal venue for hosting special events of all kinds, from corporate luncheons and meetings to large receptions, lectures, and beyond. The museum elegant gallery spaces surrounded by magnificent works of art. Requests are evaluated in keeping with our mission to preserve the permanent collection according to the highest professional standards.

Valet Parking is available on the University of Miami Coral Gables Campus through a private approved vendor for an additional fee.

Rates

Basic Gallery use fee is based on a minimum three (3) hour reservation. Staff fees (3 guards and one receptionist) will be charged for the minimum three (3) hour reservation. Janitorial services are a flat rate. In addition, staff time required for deliveries, rehearsal, set-up, and event clean-up times will be billed on an hourly basis. The Museum reserves the right to schedule additional security required for the event.

  • *University of Miami departments will receive a 30% discount off the non-profit basic room use fee.  
  • The Lowe Art Museum is unavailable for rental on Mondays.  
  • The user organization can rent Museum equipment, set-up by Museum Staff. An equipment set-up and breakdown charge will be billed (minimum two hours).
