Imagine incorporating 5,000 years of world art into your next event! The Lowe Art Museum is an ideal venue for hosting special events of all kinds, from corporate meetings and luncheons to receptions, lectures, curated tours and beyond. The museum’s elegant gallery spaces are filled with magnificent works of art that will captivate your attention from every angle. Kindly note, the Lowe evaluates event requests in alignment with our mission to preserve the permanent collection in accordance with the highest professional standards.

To request rates for a Special Event, or to request a tour of our gallery facilities for an on-site event, please contact our Special Events department at eventslowe@miami.edu or call 305-284-1540. 

Basic gallery use fees, as well as staffing fees, are based on a minimum of three (3) hour reservation. Custodial Services are billed at a flat rate. In addition, staff time required for deliveries, rehearsals, set-up, and event clean-up will be invoiced accordingly based on your event needs. The museum reserves the right to schedule additional security as required for the event. For pricing and additional rental information, please click here.

  • Valet Parking services are available on the University of Miami Coral Gables Campus, via an approved vendor, for an additional fee. 
  • Note: All outside service providers and vendors must be in the University of Miami’s vendor system, in addition to being approved by the Lowe, prior to being engaged for a rental event
